Every young person deserves the chance to shape their own path. Our purpose is to equip 18–24-year-olds with the skills, tools, and support they need — combining AI innovation, hands-on training, and therapeutic spaces — to turn uncertainty into opportunity.

BarndosFoundation will build a nationwide network of “Skill & Shelter Companions” — mentors, makers, and partners — who stand alongside young adults at life’s critical intersections. Our goal help solve the affordable housing crisis by closing the skills gap while providing the social repair we all need to love the future we build together.
